What am I doing wrong?
No matter how strictly I follow the recipe, my brownies ALWAYS come out looking like this!!
What is up with that square-inch missing piece?
Did it ever form? Did it just disappear? Should I have my oven inspected for radiation? I'm concerned.
Help! IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS RECIPE OR MY OVEN PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT!!!!!

If you flip the recipe card over, you'll notice it says, "WARNING: only bake while husband is out of the house." :-)
I missed that part of the recipe card as I'm avoiding looking at backsides right now. Hmmm ... no, my husband wasn't here at the time. Still puzzled.
It was the brownie monster, also known as wesley keller! (look Em, I commented on my own!)
Another good guess, but I'm afraid he was racing cars at the time and has about 10 alibis: Yellow Car, Red Car, Mr. Quick, etc. .... keep thinking ....
