Goal: 10 frozen meals and 5 frozen breads in 14 days.
Baby Brother is due June 28. There are 24 days between now and then, this goal won't be hard to reach -- if I can think of enough easy-to-freeze -unfreeze meals to make. I'll start today with vegetarian lasagna.
After Baby Brother is due, we have 23 days before we move. So 10 meals plus the leftovers will cover half of those days and I'll likely feel like cooking again shortly thereafter. If not, there's always Plan B.
Plan B: Foster's Market Family Dinners. Doesn't that sound yummy? It comes with dessert ... .
Anyway, I'm off to search for recipes. Got ideas for what is easy post baby? Please share!
PROGRESS:
1. Vegetable lasagna
1.5 Squash casserole
UPDATE:
Forget it -- I am ordering from Foster's Market if I want, my husband knows how to cook ... I just don't have the superwoman hormones I had with Wesley. I am not cooking, not cleaning, not washing the car, not mowing the lawn, not scrubbing the floors every day, not washing the dogs .... I am napping! Me -- napping! That hardly ever happens, but I am so darned tired all I want to do is sleep. Maybe that's because I don't sleep much at night (it's now 3:17 and I've been awake for 1.5 hours)

URGENT HELP NEEDED!!
What am I doing wrong?
No matter how strictly I follow the recipe, my brownies ALWAYS come out looking like this!!
What is up with that square-inch missing piece?
Did it ever form? Did it just disappear? Should I have my oven inspected for radiation? I'm concerned.
Help! IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS RECIPE OR MY OVEN PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT!!!!!
