8 lbs 12 oz
22 inches long
He was almost a water baby, but we had to move to the bed at the last minute so he could change positions. I am not sure, but I think the cord was still attached in this picture.
He slept most of the day (and was awake most of the night).
I dearly look forward to sharing this birth story.
We are all home now. Boden is sleeping while Wesley and Daddy play with Wesley's "big brother" gift.
Interesting noise ... I do believe it's time for me to change a diaper ;)
I'll update soon

Yay! Congrats! I can't wait hear more and see pictures!
Angela!! I can't wait to share more. We almost had a water birth, but his position was awkward and interfering with the pushing so I waddled from the tub to the bed with a head 1/4 out so he could turn and shwoop ... out he came :)
I've been checking your blog daily hoping to see the news b/c I knew it was getting close.
So how big is Mr. Boden? We need more stats, please. LOL And a picture! ASAP! (haha--as if you have nothing better to do....)
And how are YOU feeling today? I can't believe you are home so soon but I guess that's all part of the advantage of a midwife and birthing center?
:-))))))))))
Pics required!!!

Nana & Grandpa Ken think the picture of the boys is adorable. Can we get one please?
Wow--he's a big boy! LOVE the pictures...especially the one of him and Wes in the crib. Priceless!
I wish I could meet him in person and hold him for a little while. Maybe someday.... ;)
Good job, mommy! He's beautiful. :)
Gorgeous, Em! :)
That's a beautiful birth story. I'm sorry I missed it! Good luck in San Antonio. Leigh Ann
