I need your motivation. I'm the biggest I've ever been and am just too lazy to do anything about it. :(
I just returned from my .5 mile run. :P I made it the whole way and am really glad I set the bar low because now I feel all successful.
You've read Buddhism for Mothers right? There's a line that got to me, I think I'll blog about it later:
"If you wonder how you got where you are look at your past, if you want to know where you'll be in the future look at the present." (paraphrase)
Anyway, I want to be in shape and healthy when I am older so ... I guess that comes with where I am today ;)
It's helped motivate a few things in my life.
That is a great line. I really need to think about that and not think that b/c I'm younger, I don't have to worry about things, like health, as much.
Hmmm ... I think it's time I apply the line to sleeping. I have got to get myself to bed on time!
